Role Overview:
Mwananchi Credit is seeking a results-driven and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive business growth through excellent customer service and strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily branch operations and ensure optimal performance across all teams.
- Drive branch sales targets, expand the customer base, and identify local growth opportunities.
- Enforce compliance with all internal policies, financial regulations, and industry standards.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of service quality.
- Monitor and analyze branch financial reports, budgets, and operational data to ensure profitability.
- Provide leadership, training, and development to branch staff to foster a productive and accountable work environment.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience, preferably in a microfinance or financial institution.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with strong decision-making and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of financial products and customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
