BRITES MANAGEMENT SERVICES is seeking a Building Manager to oversee property maintenance and tenant relations. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the building.
Responsibilities
The Building Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing building maintenance and ensuring the property is kept in good condition.
- Managing repairs and maintenance staff, and coordinating contractors when needed.
- Ensuring health and safety standards are followed within the building.
- Managing tenants and handling complaints, requests, and building-related concerns.
- Monitoring building expenses and services.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess:
- A degree/diploma in business management/project management.
- 2 years of experience in project/property management.
