We are seeking for a warm and professional Butler who shares our love for exceptional service. This role is all about creating memorable experiences, so we need someone who is not only meticulous and skilled but also embodies the gracious spirit of Kenyan hospitality.

You’ll be working closely with our dedicated team to ensure that every guest feels truly special during their stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized and attentive service that reflects our core values of Respect, Courage, Honesty, Ubuntu, and Joy.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond with grace, ensuring a comfortable and delightful stay.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all guest areas, making sure everything feels just right.
• Collaborate with fellow team members across departments to create a seamless and joyful experience for everyone.
• Share your knowledge about the lodge, local wildlife, and cultural experiences, enhancing our guests’ appreciation of the beauty around them.
• Design thoughtful moments that make our guests feel cherished and cared for, leaving a lasting impression.
• Engage with guests daily, ensuring their comfort and happiness, and addressing any requests with a smile.
• Embrace our philosophy of operational excellence through consistent training and a keen eye for detail.
• Foster a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere where collaboration and cooperation shine.

Key Qualities of the Successful Candidate:

• Previous experience in a butler or similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and genuine manner.
• A proactive approach to service, with the ability to anticipate and respond to guests’ needs.
• A commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and a shared philosophy of personalised care.
• A passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar hospitality role, ideally in a luxury or high-touch environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.
• A demonstrated track record of delivering excellent service and guest care.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high service standards.
