Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Insurance Sales Representative based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The role involves selling insurance products, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include prospecting new clients, maintaining and servicing existing policies, promoting insurance products, and fostering lasting relationships. The successful candidate will also collaborate with the team to meet sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Insurance Sales and general Sales
- Strong knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage processes
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment
- A valid certification in insurance sales or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role in the insurance or financial services sector is an added advantage
- Proficiency in computer software related to sales and customer management is a plus
