JOB DETAILS:
Lorateng is a local tourist destination located in Rusinga Island in Suba North constituency.
We are seeking experienced and passionate Chefs to join our team at Lorateng Resort Rusinga. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes and ensuring a smooth operation of the kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities.
- Develop menus and ensure variety and quality of dishes.
- Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Control costs and manage inventory.
Qualifications:
- BA/BSc/HND in Culinary Arts or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Chef.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
