Home Bridge Limited is seeking to recruit an experienced and highly detail-oriented Clerk of Works to oversee quality assurance and compliance across active construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all materials, workmanship and construction activities strictly adhere to approved drawings, contract specifications, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, monitor and inspect contractor activities to ensure full compliance with contract documents and approved designs.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor quality, workmanship, materials and construction progress.
• Prepare detailed site reports covering progress updates, quality assessments, safety observations, delays, risks and inspection outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive and well-organized site records, including drawings, change orders, inspection logs and variation instructions.
• Liaise with Architects, Engineers, Consultants, Contractors, and Project Manager to ensure coordinated project execution.
• Identify, document and immediately report any deviations from specifications, drawings, or quality standards and follow up on corrective actions.
