JOB DETAILS:
Job Description:
- Mentoring and guiding student nurses during their clinical placements.
- Supporting the induction of new nurses, ensuring compliance with clinical quality standards, and enhancing professional development through education and evaluation
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be in possession of Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, or a related field with Nursing certification.
- With at least two (2) years’ work experience.
Key Competencies:
- Prior experience in teaching, preceptorship, or mentoring within a clinical setting is highly desirable, Strong knowledge of clinical quality standards and nursing practice protocols and Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Work Hours: 8
