inABLE seeks an accomplished and visionary Manager, Communications, Engagement & Public Relations to lead the organisation’s communications strategy, stakeholder engagement, and brand positioning across Africa and beyond. This is an executive role that requires a results-driven leader who can elevate inABLE’s voice, strengthen partnerships, and position the organisation as the top-of-mind authority on digital accessibility and inclusion. The successful candidate will spearhead brand visibility, media engagement, and digital outreach to grow inABLE’s impact, influence, and reach across the continent.

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication, stakeholder engagement and public relations strategies to support InABLE’s programs and targeted national and regional growth.

• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving ability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• At least 8–10 years of progressive experience in strategic communications, public relations, or corporate affairs, preferably in international development or nonprofit settings.
