Aboosto is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Communication Assistant to support the brand's daily communication and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will help manage social media platforms, create engaging content, respond to customer inquiries, and assist in promoting products, campaigns, and brand events.

• Act as the in-house content creator for day-to-day brand content needs.
• Coordinate communication between the company, UGC creators, and selected influencers.
• Follow up on deliverables, posting timelines, approvals, and content submissions.
• Assist with content scheduling, posting, reposting, and content management across platforms.
• Manage and accept collaboration requests, especially for Aboosto and other partner brands.
• Support monthly content planning and organization for all brands
• Help maintain consistency in communication, branding, and publishing timelines
• Assist in monitoring campaign execution and ensuring deliverables are met on time.
• Support quick turnaround for urgent content and trending opportunities.

• Have prior experience managing social media platforms for a notable brand.
• Have agency experience handling multiple accounts across different industries.
• Be highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Have excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Understand content planning, scheduling, and social media management tools.
• Be proactive and able to work in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Have basic content creation skills including video shooting, editing, captions, and platform trends.
• Be able to coordinate effectively with influencers, UGC creators, designers, and internal teams.
• Have strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on timelines and deliverables.
• Be creative, adaptable, and solution-oriented.

• The ideal candidate, should at least have a Certificate OR Diploma OR on either: Social Media Management
• Marketing
• Business Management
• Communications or related field
