Our client, in the financial sector, is seeking to recruit suitably qualified, experienced, result-oriented and highly motivated Kenyans to fill the following vacant position.
Job Summary
This is the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the guidance of a designated supervisor.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Collecting and collating data for the development, implementation and review of corporate communication policies, strategies, regulations and procedures.
- Maintaining good ambience in the reception area.
- Profiling visitors and issuing visitors passes.
- Responding to visitors’ queries and telephone inquiries.
- Screening and directing visitors to designated offices and areas.
- Recording and confirming visitors’ appointments.
- Maintaining daily record of visitors’ details.
- Receiving correspondence delivered at the reception and dispatching to relevant office.
- Receiving and reporting customer complaints.
- Distributing relevant Corporation’s brochures to customers.
- Attending to telephone calls and logging them into the incident management system.
Requirements
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines Communications, Journalism, English Literature, Public Administration, Public Relations, or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
