We’re looking for a confident, persuasive, and personable Customer Relationship Officer to join our dynamic real estate team. In this role, you’ll build relationships with potential buyers, guide them through property options, and help turn interest into investment. You’ll be the face of Saif Properties — creating a memorable, trust-driven customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and follow up with leads generated via digital ads, events, referrals, and walk-ins.
  • Present Saif Properties’ portfolio of luxury apartments and investment options in a compelling, customized manner.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing expert guidance, honest advice, and excellent service throughout the property buying journey.
  • Conduct property tours and site visits with prospects, highlighting features and investment benefits.
  • Maintain timely follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM updates.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent outreach and smart pipeline management.
  • Assist clients with the sales process, documentation, and liaison with internal departments (legal, finance, marketing).
  • Attend and represent Saif Properties at property expos, networking events, and open houses.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure leads are well-tracked and updated.
  • Gather market feedback and report on buyer trends, objections, and competitor activity.
  • Uphold the brand’s reputation with professionalism, integrity, and a client-first mindset.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles, preferably in real estate or luxury developments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A go-getter attitude with strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, and digital platforms.
  • Passion for real estate, property investment, and delivering premium service.
  • A diploma/degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
