JOB DETAILS:
What we are looking for:
- Minimum Diploma or least 2 years of college education, Bachelors Degree is an added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Kiswahili, English.
- Previous experience in customer support.
- Ability to cope under pressure and work with minimal supervision.
- A genuine interest in helping others and providing exceptional service.
- Ability to handle pressure and work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a quick learning ability.
- Interest in the sports industry; knowledge of football betting is a plus.
