Responsibilities or duties

Lead data cleaning, validation, coding, and management processes.

Design data analysis plans aligned to evaluation questions and indicators.

Conduct quantitative analysis of household surveys, cash transfer assessments, and nutrition-related datasets.

Perform regression analysis, comparison group analysis, segmentation analysis, and impact estimation.

Conduct thematic coding and framework analysis for qualitative datasets including FGDs, KIIs, and IDIs.

Support development of data collection tools and digital survey systems.

Collaborate with the Team Leader in developing FGD and KII guides.

Support data triangulation and synthesis of cross-country findings.

Prepare anonymized datasets, analytical outputs, and evidence summaries for clients and stakeholders.

Generate charts, tables, dashboards, and analytical summaries

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Master’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Sociology, Anthropology, Monitoring & Evaluation, or related field.

Strong proficiency in SPSS, Stata, R, Excel, NVivo, MAXQDA, or related analytical software.

Demonstrated experience with mixed-methods research and evaluation approaches.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent data visualization and reporting skills.

Fluency in English required.

Experience needed

Minimum of 7 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis for humanitarian or development evaluations.

Experience conducting humanitarian programme evaluations is highly desirable.
