JOB DETAILS:
Background
A busy restaurant in Karen is seeking a precise, honest, and detail-oriented Data Entry Officer. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate digital logs of the restaurant's daily sales volume, keeping track of inventory items, and supporting the administrative team with backend data reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update daily restaurant sales, supplier invoices, and operational numbers.
- Verify data accuracy, assist with weekly stock take, and flag stock discrepancies.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the management team.
Requirements:
Education:
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, ICT, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 2 years in data entry or an administrative capacity. Experience in hospitality/restaurants is a big plus.
Skills:
- Fast, accurate typing skills and deep proficiency in MS Excel.
