Delivery & Operations Manager – Carbon Project Development
Verst Carbon is looking for a Delivery & Operations Manager to own and streamline the systems behind its carbon project development operations across Africa.
This is not a carbon technical role. It is focused on systems, project budgets, delivery management, and automation.
Key Focus Areas
- Ensure commitments, deadlines, and opportunities are tracked and nothing slips through.
- Monitor project budgets and identify variances requiring action.
- Automate repetitive manual processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage trackers, reporting cadences, budget controls, and the bid desk.
- Use AI and automation to reduce manual work across the department.
What They’re Looking For
Applicants should be able to demonstrate:
- An automation they personally built that removed measurable manual work.
- Experience running budget-versus-actual controls on live projects.
- Two referees who can speak to their ability to work independently without constant follow-up.
Eligibility: Open to Kenyan and foreign nationals with an existing right to work in Kenya. Women, uniquely abled persons, and candidates from Verst Carbon’s markets of operation are strongly encouraged to apply.
