Verst Carbon is a carbon markets technology provider and project developer. We exist to scale Africa’s participation in carbon markets for the improvement of lives and livelihoods on the continent.

Delivery & Operations Manager – Carbon Project Development

Verst Carbon is looking for a Delivery & Operations Manager to own and streamline the systems behind its carbon project development operations across Africa.

  • Monitor project budgets and identify variances requiring action.
  • Automate repetitive manual processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage trackers, reporting cadences, budget controls, and the bid desk.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience running budget-versus-actual controls on live projects.
  • Two referees who can speak to their ability to work independently without constant follow-up.

Eligibility: Open to Kenyan and foreign nationals with an existing right to work in Kenya. Women, uniquely abled persons, and candidates from Verst Carbon’s markets of operation are strongly encouraged to apply.
