JOB DETAILS:
Summary of the Role:
We are looking for a graduate who has done any of Ajira's modules to assist the Digital Hubs/Center Management Lead in overseeing the operations of the Ajira Program and ensure that all trainings and activities take place in accordance with the Ajira Digital procedures.
The roles and responsibilities shall include:
- Monitor, track and report summary of CMs Daily Clock-ins, Daily Hub report, Weekly outreach report & Monthly reports.
- Continuously Update the CMs performance dashboard covering all KPIs.
- Prepare CMs Monthly performance emails.
- Continuously update operationalization status of AYECs.
- Prepare a summary of activities and Events at the AYECs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Analyse feedback from Focus Group Discussions in the AYECs and from Training/Mentorship Evaluation Surveys to inform decisions and continuous Program improvement.
- Identify digital hubs that are potential for Ajira partnerships.
- Prepare the summary of AYEC incubation outcomes on a monthly basis.
- Prepare a summary of AYEC online workers on a monthly basis after the mentors & JCTLs have updated the spreadsheet.
- Any other duty as advised by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in related field.
- Has completed any of Ajira's module.
