JOB DETAILS:
As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will spearhead revenue growth and market leadership by:
- Developing and executing dynamic sales strategies for Pullman and Mercure Nairobi Upperhill.
- Building strong relationships with clients, corporate partners, and travel agencies.
- Leading the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue targets and brand visibility.
- Analyzing market trends to position the hotels as industry leaders.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Proven success in hospitality sales & marketing leadership (5+ years preferred).
- Skills:
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and team management.
- Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to revenue optimization.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Opera).
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality (advantageous).
