Core Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Implement marketing plans and achieve sales targets through cold-calling, site visits, and team coordination.
    • Identify and penetrate new markets (e.g., untapped neighborhoods or venues).
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Train, coach, and manage a field sales team to maximize performance.
    • Foster a results-driven culture with accountability.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the General Manager to align regional efforts with company goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience:
    • 3+ years in field sales/cold-calling, preferably in betting, FMCG, or hospitality.
    • Team management at supervisor level or higher.
  • Skills:
    • Resilience, optimism, and ability to thrive under pressure.
    • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for client/team interactions.
  • Education: Associate degree or higher (flexibility for exceptional candidates).
  • Age Preference: Under 40 (not strict for top performers).
