The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, management, and reporting for the Kenya office, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and alignment with global financial policies.   • Financial planning and budgetary controls
  • Project & Management Accounting
  • Statutory Compliance
  • Staff & Operational Oversight
  • Controls enhancement

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in finance within a consultancy environment.
  • Qualified Accountant (ICPAK, ACCA or equivalent).
  • Proven experience managing audits, statutory compliance, and multi-currency environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations in Kenya.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and accounting software skills.
  • Experience with Sage, Tally, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with international donor-funded project reporting.
  • Experience preparing financial models and cost structures for consulting projects
