We are seeking a visionary, passionate and results-driven leader to establish and lead our Ruai Campus. You will shape our culture, drive academic excellence, and build a legacy of impact.

• Provide visionary leadership and set the strategic direction for the campus.
• Lead the establishment and growth of a high-quality Cambridge Primary and Montessori school.
• Oversee academic excellence, curriculum implementation, assessment and student outcomes.
• Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing team and foster a positive school culture.
• Build strong relationships with parents, students and the wider community.
• Ensure effective day-to-day operations, safeguarding, policies and compliance.
• Manage budgets and resources responsibly to support the school's vision and sustainability.
• Drive enrollment growth, marketing initiatives and community partnerships.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in education.
• At least 3-5 years in a senior leadership position (Head of School, Principal, Deputy Principal, Academic Director, Cambridge Coordinator, etc.).
• Experience with Cambridge Primary and knowledge of Montessori education.
• Demonstrated success in school growth, staff leadership, curriculum implementation, and parent engagement.
• Experience in school setup, accreditation, or opening a new campus is an added advantage.
