Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver engaging and effective French lessons for both the Cambridge and Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) streams.
    • Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments
    • Monitor and evaluate student progress and maintain proper academic records.
    • Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment that supports individual student growth.
    • Participate actively in co-curricular activities, language clubs, and school events.
    • Collaborate with other teachers and departments to support cross-curricular learning.
    • Maintain accurate student attendance and performance records.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • DELF B2
  • Diploma in French Language from Alliance Française or equivalent internationally recognized certification.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Arts) with French as a teaching subject from a recognized university.
  • Proven teaching experience of at least 5 years, including work with both primary and high school learners.
  • Strong grasp of both the Cambridge International Curriculum (up to Year 12) and KNEC/CBC systems.
  • Proficiency in integrating technology in language teaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate learners through creativity and cultural immersion.
  • Must ha ve TSC No
