FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE (5-Star Hotel)

SALARY: KES 51,000 + Incentives

LOCATION: LANGATA ROAD

All Candidates Must:

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years' experience in the front office of a reputable 4-star or 5-star hotel.
• Experience with Opera Cloud PMS is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a professional and welcoming personality.
• Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and resolve guest concerns effectively.
• Strong attention to detail & excellent organizational skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
