About the Role

Own the development and maintenance of user-facing digital products and internal dashboards. This developer will work closely with the UI/UX Designer and Backend Developer to deliver intuitive, responsive, and performant interfaces that improve staff productivity and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Staff-facing dashboards and internal portals
  • Frontend component library and style guide
  • Responsive public-facing web interfaces
  • Integration testing and browser compatibility reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 4+ years frontend development experience delivering production-grade applications
  • 4+ years frontend development; React.js (Next.js) is non-negotiable
  • 3+ years React.js (Next.js preferred) including component library development
  • 2+ years TypeScript in a professional/production codebase
  • TypeScript proficiency in a production environment – required
  • Proven experience integrating with REST APIs and third-party platforms
  • Demonstrated experience working from Figma/Adobe XD design handoffs
  • Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
  • Portfolio of responsive, accessible, production-deployed web applications

Nice to Have

  • React/JavaScript certification (Meta, freeCodeCamp, or equivalent)
  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals advantageous
  • D365 portal experience advantageous
