Project Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer tenhance our Workflow HRM system. The project involves resolving existing issues, improving user experience, optimizing performance, and integrating new features.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive at least 3 years experience with the specified technologies and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bug Fixes and System Corrections:
  • Leave Approval System: Diagnose and resolve the error preventing leave approvals, ensuring proper functionality and error handling.
  • Document Upload Functionality: Identify and fix issues hindering document uploads, ensuring support for various file types and sizes.
  • User Interface Enhancements:
  • Mobile Optimization: Implement responsive designs tensure consistent user experience across devices, including adding necessary scroll bars and optimizing screen fit.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding Process: Update user roles tallow both Super Admin and Admin tonboard employees, while retaining offboarding approvals exclusively for the Super Admin.
  • Performance Optimization:
  • Conduct comprehensive performance audits tidentify bottlenecks.
  • Optimize server-side and client-side code tenhance system responsiveness and reliability.
  • Additional Feature Integration:
  • Time and Attendance Module: Provide a detailed plan and, upon approval, integrate a module taccurately track employee time and attendance.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with stakeholders tgather requirements and provide progress updates.
  • Participate in regular meetings tdiscuss challenges and next steps

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Back-End Technologies:
  • Nest.js Framework: Proven experience in building scalable and efficient server-side applications.
  • TypeScript: Strong understanding and application of static typing tenhance code quality.
  • Supabase: Experience with Supabase or similar platforms for database management and real-time capabilities.
  • Docker: Proficiency in containerizing applications tensure consistency across development and production environments.
  • SQL: Expertise in designing and managing relational databases.
  • Git & GitHub Actions: Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

Front-End Technologies:

  • Next.js Framework: Experience in developing server-side rendered React applications.
  • TypeScript: Ability timplement type safety on the client side.
  • Tailwind CSS: Proficiency in utilizing utility-first CSS frameworks for rapid UI development.
  • Cloud Storage: DigitalOcean Spaces: Experience with S3-compatible object storage solutions.
  • General Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention tdetail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability twork independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in HRM system development or similar enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
