Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate all airside ramp operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely aircraft turnaround.
  • Lead, schedule, and optimize ramp staff, equipment, and shift patterns to maximize operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor safety-critical and quality-critical activities while ensuring compliance with company standards and aviation regulations.
  • Ensure and maintain a safe, secure, and healthy working environment in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote and support a strong safety culture by instructing ramp personnel on operational hazards, ramp safety practices, and applicable regulations.
  • Prevent aircraft damage, Foreign Object Debris (FOD) incidents, and other operational risks, and ensure all accidents and incidents are promptly reported, investigated, and followed up.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, aviation regulations, and local operating procedures, and address or escalate instances of non-compliance as appropriate.
  • Supervise aircraft marshalling, loading and unloading operations, and the safe operation and utilization of ground support equipment (GSE).

Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School Certificate (O-Level or equivalent).
  • Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
  • At least two (2) years' relevant experience in the aviation industry in the same or a similar ramp operations role.
  • Sound knowledge of aviation safety standards, ramp operations, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
