HR Assistant
We are looking for someone who thrives on being organised, helpful, and kind. This is a support role, but an important one, helping the HR and Executive teams stay on top of the many small details that keep our workplace running smoothly. As the HR Assistant, your job is to ensure our staff feel supported. You’ll be trusted to keep things moving with order, care, and respect while handling your work joyfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and tidy staff records (excluding senior team files)
- File HR documents, track contract renewals, and probation timelines
- Keep leave records updated and share reports as needed
- Help with distributing and collecting performance review forms
- Track timelines (without access to confidential review content)
- Assist with training schedules and attendance tracking
- Collect feedback and maintain training records
- Schedule interviews and send clear, timely updates to candidates
- Prepare welcome packs, track paperwork, and help new joiners settle in on Day
- Help with birthday lists, celebrations, and small moments of joy
- Support the team with logistics for staff events and trainings
- Liaise with Procurement for uniforms, badges, and supplies
- Follow up on timesheets and attendance rosters
- Coordinate meeting schedules and help with general admin tasks for the Executive Team
- Print and format documents when needed, always respecting privacy

- You communicate clearly and kindly
- You understand the importance of boundaries and privacy in HR work
Key Qualifications;
- Experience 1–2 years in HR, administration, or office support
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Organised, dependable, and good at keeping track of small details
- Speaks and writes clear, simple English
- Understands the importance of privacy and keeping information safe
- Brings a positive attitude and enjoys helping others do their best work
