Position: Head - Warehouse & Outbound Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire Finished Goods Warehouse Operations, ensuring seamless processes from goods receipt to dispatch.
• Implement strategies to reduce damages and theft during transit (Fix, Optimize & Grow - FOG for Outbound Logistics).
• Coordinate effectively between sales, transporters, and the sales back-office to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead team planning, damage control, and provide Route to Market (RTM) support.

Requirements:

• 10–12 years of proven experience in warehouse & dispatch operations.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Inventory audits
  • Fleet management
  • Export logistics
• Familiarity with:
  • Warehouse digitization
  • Security protocols
  • Market returns handling
• Excellent coordination and leadership skills.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 120

Level of Education: bachelor degree
