Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee hospital operations and ensure efficient service delivery across all departments.
  • Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care and continuous improvement of patient experience.
  • Lead and develop staff to ensure strong performance, teamwork, and continuous professional growth.
  • Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and quality standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support hospital operations and reputation.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial performance to ensure cost control and resource efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Medicine & Surgery.
  • Diploma or Degree in Clinical Medicine, Diploma or Degree in Nursing. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration and Management is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in healthcare management or administration.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Financial management and budgeting experience will be an added advantage.
