Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Oversee performance management systems, including reviews and KPIs
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws and internal HR policies
  • Support leadership in organizational development and change management initiatives
  • Lead training, employee engagement, and retention strategies
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • CHRP certification is a strong advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 in a managerial role
  • In-depth knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to lead and influence across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
