JOB DETAILS:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager located in Nakuru County, Kenya. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks will include conducting interviews, managing employee records, developing and implementing HR policies, and providing guidance to employees and management on HR matters.
Qualifications
- IHRM Certificate
- Deep understanding of all our labour laws and CBA
- Experience working in Flower farms / heavy duty industry
- Managed HC of over 300 employees .
- Experience within Rift Valley Region /Naivasha and willing to relocate to Nakuru
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
