KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, onboarding, and probation follow-up.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, contracts, and ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws and internal company policies.
Support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, attendance management, and workplace culture programs.
Handle employee relations matters professionally, including disciplinary processes, grievances, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
Coordinate staff training, onboarding programs, and HR development initiatives aimed at improving employee productivity and retention.
Monitor statutory compliance, leave management, workplace health and safety requirements, and HR operational reporting.
Support HR process improvement initiatives and contribute to building efficient and scalable HR systems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-4 years of progressive HR experience in a busy and structured work environment.
Strong understanding of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity at all times.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
