This is a full-time on-site role for an ICT & Digital Systems Support Assistant, based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The ICT & Digital Systems Support Assistant will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining information systems, offering support, and troubleshooting issues. Daily tasks will include monitoring and maintaining computer systems, installing software and hardware, and ensuring the efficient operation of the organization's digital infrastructure. Additionally, this role will involve analytical tasks to improve system performance and communication tasks to coordinate with other team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Information Technology skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and system improvement
- Familiarity with digital media and communication tools
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Knowledge of the humanitarian or development sector will be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
