Summary of the Role:

We are looking for a graduate who has done any of Ajira's modules to assist the Operations Lead and the Virtual Learning, AWS and Community Engagement Lead and Strategic Operations Lead in overseeing the operations of the Ajira Program and ensure that all trainings and activities take place in accordance with the Ajira Digital procedures.

The roles and responsibilities shall include:

• Migration of files from Google drives to Teams share point.
• Assist in system and software integration e.g Power Bi.
• Assist in purchase of equipment’s (specs).
• Test and evaluate new accessories purchased.
• Assist in software activations.
• Providing assistance to staff on IT related issues.
• Assist in installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Assist in troubleshooting system and network problems.
• Assist in diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Assist in Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Assist in system support and maintenance.
• Provide technical assistance to staff and customers on hardware and software-related issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues.
• Follow established procedures and processes for computer maintenance.
• Provide training and support to team members on the use of computer systems and software.
• Perform system backups and maintain accurate records.
• Research and recommend solutions for technical problems.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in related field.
• Has completed any of Ajira's module.
