At Solvo Global, we're looking for someone with 1–2 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / MSP / HSIA.

? Key Requirements:

  • Experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / MSP environments
  • Knowledge of Windows and macOS
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
  • Experience with Active Directory and user management
  • Experience using ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, ConnectWise)

? Nice to have:

  • Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL or Microsoft Fundamentals
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, RMM tools or cybersecurity basics
