The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping inland performance by aligning sales, operations, pricing, and product development, ensuring that inland services are not only competitive but consistently profitable.
In today’s logistics environment, inland transport is no longer just a support function it is a major driver of customer value, efficiency, and revenue growth. This role sits right at the center of that transformation.
What you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing inland strategy to drive volume and profitability
- Designing pricing structures, tariffs, and surcharges for sustainable margins
- Identifying and converting new inland business opportunities
- Leveraging market intelligence and competitor insights to guide decisions
- Managing performance through forecasting, KPIs, and reporting
- Collaborating across commercial and operational teams to improve outcomes
- Supporting inland product development and network optimization
What we are looking for:
- 7–10 years of experience in logistics, inland transport, trucking, or rail
- Strong commercial mindset with analytical decision-making ability
- Deep understanding of regional inland markets and transport networks
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
- A results-driven, proactive professional with strong problem-solving skills
