Overview
Westlands Specialist Hospital is seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee laboratory operations and ensure quality diagnostic services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily laboratory operations.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Supervise laboratory staff.
- Manage inventory and equipment.
- Promote continuous quality improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences.
- Valid KMLTTB practicing license.
- Previous laboratory management experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of quality management systems.
