Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, prepare, and analyse patient specimens (blood, urine, tissue, etc.)
  • Perform routine and specialised laboratory tests accurately and within set timelines
  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
  • Record, verify, and report test results to relevant clinicians
  • Maintain laboratory hygiene, safety, and infection control standards
  • Manage stock levels of reagents and laboratory supplies
  • Adhere to quality assurance and standard operating procedures

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma/Higher Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences
  • Valid KMLTTB registration/license
  • Minimum 1-2 years' relevant laboratory experience
  • Good knowledge of laboratory safety and quality control practices
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication skills
