We are seeking a dynamic Lead Generator & Social Media Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engaging with our community, generating quality leads, and expanding our customer base through innovative social media strategies and outreach efforts. This role requires a passionate individual with a deep understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in health and wellness. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to promote Pendorra Wellnessᴷᴱ products and brand values.

• Create engaging, authentic content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

• Build and nurture an active online community of health-conscious consumers. • Identify and generate new sales leads through social media outreach, direct messaging, and online engagement.

• Develop campaigns that increase brand visibility and lead conversion. • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies accordingly.

• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster positive relationships with potential customers.

• Stay updated on social media trends, health industry developments, and competitor activities.

• Support offline lead generation activities and participate in community events when necessary

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media marketing, lead generation, or digital marketing.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Passion for health, wellness, and natural products.

• Ability to think creatively and strategically.

• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

• Knowledge of Kenyan culture and local community engagement is a plus.

• Experience in the food, health, or wellness industry is advantageous.
