Role Overview:

The Senior Consultant will design, deploy, and integrate enterprise Learning Management Systems. This role focuses on ensuring interoperability between digital learning platforms and existing ICT infrastructure through APIs and industry standards, while driving adoption of cloud-based and mobile learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and implement enterprise Learning Management Systems.
• Integrate digital platforms using APIs and interoperability standards including SCORM, xAPI, and LTI.
• Implement scalable cloud-based solutions and mobile learning platforms.
• Provide technical leadership on enterprise systems integration and digital platform architecture.
• Ensure seamless integration of LMS with existing institutional ICT infrastructure.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, ICT, or a related discipline.
• Moodle Certified Professional or equivalent LMS certification.
• AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, API Integration, or Enterprise Systems certifications.
• At least 10 years of experience designing, developing, configuring, and implementing enterprise Learning Management Systems.
• Demonstrated experience integrating digital platforms using APIs and interoperability standards such as SCORM, xAPI, and LTI.
• Experience implementing scalable cloud-based solutions and mobile learning platforms.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems integration and digital platform architecture.
