Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to clients, retail locations, and event venues.
- Provide reliable and professional transport services for executives, staff, and VIP guests.
- Support daily operational tasks including pickups, supplier visits, and inventory movements.
- Assist with setup and breakdown for brand events, tastings, and activations.
- Execute company errands such as procurement, document deliveries, and logistics runs.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and mechanical soundness of the company vehicle.
- Keep accurate records of delivery logs, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to support business activities and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or fleet operations—ideally in retail, hospitality, or FMCG.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; confident navigating urban and peri-urban routes.
- Experience working with premium or luxury brands is an added advantage.
- Professionalism, discretion, and punctuality in handling executives and high-value goods.
- Familiarity with navigation tools, delivery apps, and basic vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to urgent requests, and manage logistical priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.
- A proactive, hands-on team player with a can-do attitude.
