Background

Zawadi Resort, located along Pipeline Road, Kiserian, is seeking to recruit a Male Supervisor to join our dynamic hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily resort operations and staff activities.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
• Coordinate staff schedules and duties
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency within the resort.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in hotel & restaurant management or hospitality management.
• Preferred Male Candidate.
• Previous experience in hospitality supervision is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Honest, responsible, and well-organized.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Must be flexible and available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
