Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, diligent, and patient-centric Male Nurse to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide direct nursing care, assist in clinical procedures, and maintain high standards of patient comfort, safety, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide primary nursing care, triage, and patient assessments upon arrival.
  • Administer prescribed medications, injections, and dress wounds following clinical guidelines.
  • Monitor, record, and report vital signs and changes in patient conditions to the clinical officer/physician.
  • Assist with routine clinical procedures and maintain sterile clinical environments.
  • Educate patients and family members on health management, prescription usage, and preventive care.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Certificate or Diploma in Nursing (Enrolled or Registered Nurse) from a recognized institution.
  • Licensing: Valid nursing license with active registration under the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK).
  • Skills: Excellent communication, patient empathy, and emergency response capabilities.
  • Attributes: Punctual, honest, and capable of working in a fast-paced clinic setting.
