We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Marketing Coordinator to drive brand visibility and consumer engagement by executing ATL and BTL marketing initiatives. This role manages outdoor and vehicle branding, coordinates trade activations, product launches, and events, while overseeing CSR efforts, marketing procurement, and resources to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

ATL & Brand Visibility:

Manage ATL assets, supplier contracts, and budgets, ensuring high ROI and accurate financial reconciliation.

Oversee outdoor advertising (pylons, signage) and vehicle branding, maintaining consistency through regular audits and route optimization.

BTL & Trade Marketing:

Drive POS conversion by managing Additional Display Units (ADUs) and outlet branding across MT, GT, and HORECA channels.

Execute product launches, sampling activations, and field marketing initiatives, acting as the primary lead for external brand collaborations.

Events, CSR, & Admin:

Coordinate corporate events, factory "Guest Moments," and CSR initiatives to enhance brand reputation.

Manage End of Year (EOY) activities and corporate gift procurement.

Oversee marketing resource inventory, office aesthetics, and field team training to ensure brand alignment and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics, including MT (Modern Trade), GT (General Trade), and HORECA channels.
  • Proficiency in budget management and marketing procurement processes.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel for field visits and work flexible hours.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
