Company:

Tramom SACCO is seeking two (2) dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officers to drive membership growth, promote SACCO products and services, and enhance brand visibility. The successful candidates will develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote SACCO products and services.
• Identify and recruit new members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members and stakeholders.
• Organize and participate in marketing events and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Prepare marketing reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure member satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Marketing or a related course.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field is an added advantage.
• 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial institution or SACCO.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
