A vacancy exists for an energetic and market-savvy Medical Representative to be based out of Eldoret. The role focuses on managing product portfolios, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and growing territory market share within the Western and Nakuru circuits.

Key Responsibilities

• Territory Management: Achieve sales targets and promote assigned medical products across assigned health facilities in Eldoret, Nakuru, and the Western region.
• HCP Engagement: Conduct professional scientific presentations to doctors, psychiatrists, pharmacists, and clinical teams to secure product prescriptions.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, document prescription trends, and identify new market penetration opportunities within the region.
• CME Organization: Organize and coordinate Continuous Medical Education (CME) meetings and product roundtables for medical stakeholders.
• Reporting: Submit daily field activity logs, route plan updates, and monthly feedback reports to the sales manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: A mandatory minimum of 1–2 years of active medical detailing experience covering both the Western and Nakuru regional territories.
• Specialization: Direct experience or technical knowledge in detailing neuropsychiatry products is highly preferred.
• Demographic Preference: Male candidates with strong background exposure to neuropsychiatry portfolios will have a distinct advantage.
• Competencies: Exceptional field sales drive, strong relationship-building capabilities, and a deep familiarity with the geographical region.
