Job Purpose

Kendor Enterprises Limited is seeking four energetic and motivated Medical Sales Representatives to promote and market the company's non-pharmaceutical healthcare products. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and market the company's non-pharmaceutical product portfolio to healthcare facilities, pharmacies, retail outlets, and other customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to present products and address customer needs.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and market intelligence to management.
  • Participate in product demonstrations, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure timely collection of customer orders and follow up on deliveries.
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold its values at all times.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous sales or marketing experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is an added advantage.
