Summary of the Role:

We are looking for a graduate who had done Ajira's Data Entry and Management module to assist the Monitoring and Evaluation Team with their duties.

The roles and responsibilities shall include:

Data Management and Management

• Compile Reports including both In-person and Virtual Training reports shared by trainers.
• Compile Report, Clean Data, Validate Data and Ensure Routine Data Quality Assurance and Administrative support.
• Update dataset status on the physical Training Tracker and Planner ( Complete and Incomplete Data).
• Update public numbers tabulation and virtual training tracker and dashboard.
• Audit on the number of certificate issued on the tracker vis-à-vis what is on the portal for physical and virtual classes.
• Create, review, and share physical training enrollment worksheets and matrices (Ajira Centers).
• Create, review, and share virtual training enrollment worksheets and matrices.

Program Support

• Support Program teams in troubleshooting issues on the trackers and dashboard such missing data etc.

Research support

• Analyze data for trends and patterns, preparing reports and visualizations to present findings.
• Research and gather relevant information for M&E projects and reports.
• Any other assigned duties relating to M&E activities.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in related field.
• Has done Ajira's Data Entry & Management module.
