We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Motor Vehicle Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving vehicle sales through effective customer engagement, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales process. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for automobiles and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance to potential buyers.
Sales Process Management:
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels, including online inquiries and referrals.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close sales effectively.
- Prepare and process all necessary documentation for vehicle sales and deliveries
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide post-sale support, addressing any customer concerns or issues promptly.
Reporting and Compliance:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
