Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent achievement of individual and team KPIs.
  • Set sales targets in collaboration with senior leadership and monitor performance across all sales functions.
  • Drive client acquisition, account growth, and customer retention initiatives nationwide.
  • Review sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • Ensure accurate customer relationship management (CRM) data and reporting across the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to strengthen lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of sales campaigns, educational forums, and customer engagement events.
  • Identify and develop new business channels and market expansion opportunities.
  • Support key account management to strengthen long-term client relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, financial services, or B2B sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong experience in business development, key account management, and market expansion.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales performance reporting tools.
  • Highly self-driven, strategic, and results-oriented.
  • Passion for improving healthcare access and delivering customer-focused solutions.
