Join us as a Paediatric Critical Care Lecturer

• This role involves coordinating learning activities within the Paediatric PCCN program while providing theoretical and clinical instruction to help students master essential skills.
• It includes monitoring student performance to uphold instructional standards, developing and reviewing curriculum in line with Nursing Council requirements, and conducting theory and practical tests to evaluate assignments and overall performance.
• The position also requires maintaining clinical capabilities through regular practice, taking ownership of one's own professional development, and actively participating in quality programs, clinical audits, and research.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
• Higher Diploma in Paediatric Critical Care Nursing
• Certificate as a TVET trainer is an added advantage
• Certificate in EPALS/PALS will be an added advantage
• Valid Nursing Council of Kenya Practise licence
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year working experience as a Tutor.
• Certificate of good conduct.
